**JOB PURPOSE**
Responsible for consolidating information and evaluating the company's operating results in terms of
costs, budgets, and trends in order to provide management with information on profitability and
performance associated with plant effectiveness.
Oversees the maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of financial reports, as well as
acting as an advanced user who understands the details and procedures of accounting systems.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for supervising and evaluating cost accounting and budgetary and forecasting controls.
- Supervision and consolidation of the budget and LRP.
- Supervision and consolidation of the monthly forecast.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages.
- Supervise and follow up on reporting in HFM, for current, forecast, budget, and LRP.
- Review quotes in the Integral Quote System.
- Provide financial support and advice to all areas on savings projects and other projects.
- Prepare and execute in conjunction with Materials in Physical Inventory.
- Follow up and prepare extraordinary requirements from WHQ & PTC.
- Prepare and review employee costs for forecasting and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls in comptroller activities.
- Guarantee the support of the comptroller's department for activities related to internal and external audits.
- Responsible for developing members of the comptroller's department to increase the level of talent for the department and the plant.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of the Annual Physical Inventory in conjunction with the Materials and Logistics team.
**What we’re looking for**
- Education: Certified Public Accountant or bachelor’s degree in financial management, CPA or CMA.
- Experience in a similar position: 5 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility.
- Technical knowledge required: Financial accounting, costs, budgets, audits.
- Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP, ERP system, Financial Reporting Standards, Master's degree preferred.
- English required: Conversational/Business.
