Position Summary**:Based in Mexico** and supporting US headquarters, the **Jr Marketing Coordinator** is a versatile professional operating at the intersection of Marketing, Finance, and Operations. This role requires an initiative-taking individual capable of managing complex logistics and creative content while maintaining rigorous administrative oversight of marketing incentives, Co-op fund recovery, and loyalty programs.
**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Incentive Programs: Manage billing and distribution for incentive items; track customer loyalty points and coordinate with Accounting for accurate ledger entries.
- Co-op Recovery: Track and organize Co-op advertising funds; prepare "proof of performance" documentation to secure timely vendor reimbursements.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing calendar and track budget expenditures to ensure fiscal alignment.
- Accounting Support: Process billings and expense reports for corporate trips, event registrations, and travel logistics.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Digital Presence: Support e-commerce initiatives and manage business listings (Google My Business, Bing, Yelp, Apple Business).
- Asset Management: Coordinate with the graphics department to maintain up-to-date sales and marketing materials.
- Strategy: Collaborate with the US team to brainstorm and implement strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Event Coordination: Manage end-to-end coordination for events, including vendor relations, inventorying promotional stock, and financial tracking.
- Cross-Departmental Liaison: Serve as the internal "creative service desk" for HR (recruitment ads), Supply Chain (logistics visuals), Customer Service (templates), and Sales (promotions).
- Data & Reporting: Generate monthly reports on sales promotions, event ROI, and loyalty program health.
- Inventory Control: Manage promotional stock levels, place orders, and verify receipts.
**Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office: High-level Excel (data tracking), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual Communication: Advanced English (written and verbal). Must be able to understand design briefs and feedback from US-based managers.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines with extreme attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: A "troubleshooter" mindset with the ability to work professionally across all levels of the organization.
**Physical Demand & Work Environment**
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm (PST).
- Workplace: Primarily a desk-based role in the office requiring extended periods of computer use.
- Travel: May be required to travel to the US for training or to assist in meetings and events (Passport and Visa required).
- Compensation: $25,000 MXN per month. (Gross salary).
- Repetitive use of hands and arms due to computer work
- Medium noise level due to cubicle location that involves other people talking.
**Education & Qualifications**
- Education:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, administrative operations, or a dual-function role.
- Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid Mexican Passport and a US B1/B2 Visa (or be eligible to obtain one) for potential travel to US headquarters.
Pay: $25,000.00 per month
