Working directly with the ceo and cto, you will play a critical role in setting engineering standards and designing an ai orchestration engine that transforms plain language inputs into executable workflows for general enterprises.

what you will do:
own the architecture: own the backend systems, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, enterprise-ready, and highly secure.
build ai engines: design and develop the core ai orchestration engine utilizing llm frameworks and advanced data modeling.
develop integrations: create robust integrations with critical enterprise tools like slack, teams, hub spot, and sap.
drive product dna: turn ideas into high-impact, production-ready features at startup speed.

profile requirements:
experience:



4+ years of experience shipping production-grade software.
core tech stack: strong python development skills and hands-on experience with llm frameworks and third-party apis. (knowledge of type script / next.js is a strong plus).
mindset: startup driven. You move fast, embrace ambiguity, and take end-to-end ownership of outcomes.
communication: full english proficiency (c1+) with the comfort to work and collaborate within an international team.
