The company values innovation, technical excellence, and a safe, inclusive work environment. Role description this is a full-time, on-site srd electronic engineer role based in actual león, mexico. The srd electronic engineer will design, analyze, and optimize electronic circuits and systems for high-volume manufacturing. Daily responsibilities include developing and reviewing schematics, collaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, production, quality, and procurement), and supporting design-for-manufacturability and design-for-test activities. The role involves creating and maintaining technical documentation, participating in design reviews, and providing guidance during prototyping and pilot builds. The engineer will plan and oversee testing and validation of electronic assemblies,



troubleshoot and resolve electronic issues on the production line, and work closely with test and manufacturing engineers to improve yield, reliability, and product performance. The srd electronic engineer will also stay current with relevant standards and technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing center. Qualifications strong foundation in electronic engineering and electrical engineering, with the ability to apply core principles to complex hardware products. Hands-on experience in circuit design and electronics, including schematic capture, component selection, and collaboration on pcb layout. Proficiency in testing and validation of electronic systems, including test plan creation, execution, and documentation of results. Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Experience in high-volume manufacturing or industrial electronics environments is highly beneficial. Ability to interpret technical drawings, datasheets, and standards, and to generate clear engineering documentation. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work effectively on-site in cross-functional, multicultural teams. Professional working proficiency in english, chinese language skills are a plus open to work over-time
