financial strategy and planning
develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company business objectives
support long term planning budgeting and forecasting activities
provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
financial management and reporting
oversee accounting financial reporting auditing and taxation functions
ensure accuracy timeliness and compliance of all financial statements
monitor financial performance including revenue costs profitability and cash flow
capital and investment management
manage capital allocation investment planning and funding activities
maintain relationships with banks investors and financial institutions
evaluate financial risks and investment opportunities
risk and compliance management
establish internal controls and financial governance systems
ensure compliance with financial legal and regulatory requirements
identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
leadership and team management
lead and develop the finance and accounting team
improve financial processes and team performance
support cross functional collaboration with other departments requirements
bachelor degree or above in finance accounting economics business administration or related field mba preferred
more than 20 years of experience in financial management or related industries
senior leadership experience such as cfo finance director or finance vice president
strong knowledge of corporate finance accounting investment and risk management
experience in large organizations multinational companies or financial institutions preferred
strong analytical skills business judgment and decision making ability
ability to operate effectively in complex and dynamic business environments core competencies
