What we're looking for: data engineering & bi lead • strong hands-on skills in python, snowflake, aws, and sql • experience working directly with business-facing users and senior stakeholders — this person needs to be as comfortable in a conversation with a business manager as they are in a code review • ability to co-ordinate priorities and deliverables across onsite and offshore teams • works closely with a+e managers, tech leads, and delivery teams to drive outcomes • a self-starter who can manage competing priorities and keep things moving without being micromanaged • media industry background is a plus but not a requirement
