Serves as the primary point of contact, aligning cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services. This position is available for mexico city, monterrey and guadalajara. What you'll do here: serve as the primary contact for strategic accounts, ensuring clear communication. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering effective solutions. Act autonomously, resolving complex issues and engaging stakeholders as needed. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure effective product and service delivery (operations, sales, marketing, etc.) Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain a 360° view of the client, considering profitability, marketing, financial management, and retention maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in crm systems.
