flex is looking for an integration processes superintendent located in guadalajara, north campus. The role reports to the operations manager and leads manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

typical day / responsibilities responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment. Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements. Reviews daily plant operating performance, evaluates areas impacting performance, and advises on changes in operating conditions to improve efficiency/quality. Troubleshoots and analyzes operational problems and advises on resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability. Evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals. Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. Leads manual integration and assembly processes from screw‑driving operations to final packaging. Supervises testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ict, functional and drying tests. Coordinates unit assembly on test equipment and ensures compliant builds. React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations. Required experience & qualifications ba/bs degree or equivalent work experience. Experience as a supervisor,



integration engineer or in a similar position. Intermediate‑advanced english (spoken and written). Background in electronics, automotive, mechatronics, or related field. Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing. Proven people management and operational leadership experience. Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision‑making skills. Knowledge of excel (pivot tables) and erp systems (baan, flex flow). Schedule flexibility. Advanced excel skills.
