we are seeking application analysts at three levels (jr., level i, and level ii) to join our growing team in querétaro. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in ehr/emr systems (epic or similar) to support and optimize healthcare applications that drive patient care and operational excellence.

compensation & benefits
jr. (entry level | 1–2 yoe): $18 k – $22 k mxn gross/month + legal + additional benefits level i (intermediate | 2–4 yoe): $25 k – $30 k mxn gross/month + legal + additional benefits level ii (senior | 5+ yoe): $38 k – $42 k mxn gross/month + legal + additional benefits
direct hire by the company's legal entity in mexico.
about the role
as an application analyst, you will provide frontline to advanced support for clinical and business applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system improvements in a healthcare environment.
you will work with key epic modules such as:
hbc (hospital billing), cadence, security, ancillary systems, and imaging
core responsibilities (all levels)
provide application support, resolve incidents,
and fulfill service requests within slas deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders maintain and update application and process documentation collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance support system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities develop understanding of clinical and business workflows ensure compliance with internal processes and healthcare standards contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
application analyst jr. (entry level | 1–2 yoe)
requirements
1–2 years of experience in it, healthcare it, or application support exposure to ehr/emr systems (epic preferred or similar platforms) basic understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical or administrative) strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn strong communication and teamwork skills
key focus
learning ehr systems and epic modules (hbc, cadence, security, ancillary, imaging) gaining certifications and following structured training paths supporting basic incidents and requests under guidance
application analyst i (intermediate | 2–4 yoe)
requirements
2–4 years of experience in healthcare it or application support roles hands-on experience with epic (preferred) or other ehr/emr systems experience supporting one or more modules (hb & c, cadence, security, etc.)
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ability to work independently on standard issues experience collaborating with vendors or cross-functional teams
key focus
managing incidents and requests independently supporting module configuration and enhancements participating in upgrades and small projects improving workflows and documentation
application analyst ii (senior | 5+ yoe)
requirements
5+ years of experience in healthcare it or application support strong hands-on experience with epic (preferred) or similar ehr/emr systems proven experience supporting multiple modules (hbc, cadence, security, etc.) Experience with itil processes (incident, request, change management) strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills ability to work independently and lead initiatives bachelor's degree in it, computer science, healthcare informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
advanced responsibilities
own and manage complex incidents and requests end-to-end lead upgrades, enhancements, and system lifecycle activities build and maintain vendor relationships for escalations and support lead small projects or workstreams, coordinating timelines and stakeholders develop and maintain architecture and integration documentation support full application lifecycle (implementation → optimization → decommissioning) mentor junior and mid-level analysts
key focus
leading initiatives and driving system optimization mentoring team members ensuring operational excellence and scalability
additional details
onsite role in querétaro (mandatory) participation in on-call rotation (24/7 support) may be required
