the salary range is $1,500 usd to $2,000 usd per month, depending on experience, availability, and seniority.

responsibilities:

take ownership of tik tok shop operations across multiple brands. Manage the full creator pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and follow-ups.



Execute campaigns and monitor performance metrics for creators and sales. Maintain accurate backend operations, product info, and affiliate programs. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams to align execution with brand goals.

requirements:

ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and close loops proactively. Fluent in english, you must be able to have a fluent professional conversation in english. 1+ year of hands-on experience managing tik tok shop accounts, agency- or brand-side. Proven ability to launch or build a tik tok shop from zero, not just maintain existing accounts. Experience managing creator pipelines: sourcing, outreach, onboarding, follow-ups, and performance accountability. Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to pull data, interpret performance, and make actionable recommendations. Comfortable preparing reports, campaign updates, and performance summaries.
