what you'll do
lead the regional compliance strategy and initiatives across latam. Partner with business leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Support the implementation of global policies and regional best practices. Drive ethics and compliance awareness through training and communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a strong compliance culture.
what we're looking for
bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in compliance,
corporate ethics, or internal audit. Regional latam experience. Strong stakeholder management and implementation skills. Fluent english and spanish; portuguese is a plus.
