Support senior leadership during all stakeholder interactions including meeting organization and presentation materials, meeting follow ups and liaising with business teams for execution and management of action items. • responsible for publishing regular communications to all stakeholders including weekly project status updates, application release notes, with clear, concise, transparency and objective communication to stakeholders and leadership. • reconciling budget vs actuals, preparing stakeholder financial reports, update reporting systems). • keep project calendar up to date with key milestones.
