About The Role
As Country Manager of RX Mexico, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a general matrix environment. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high‑performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the country’s growth strategy, including long‑term planning and business expansion
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure high‑quality event delivery and operational excellence
- Act as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationships
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costs
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards
- Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture
- Own full P&L; accountability, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Strong track record of managing P&L; responsibility
- Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures
- Experience operating within multinational organizations
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and structured processes
- Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
