ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules Gmbh in Toluca, Mexico, is seeking a Shift Supervisor Production to oversee assembly processes and drive shift-based targets. You will organize start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers, and supervise operators and technicians across the line.
You will design and manage shift schedules, train staff, and coordinate vacations, overtime, and coverage while ensuring daily/weekly production plans are met and addressing line stoppages with Maintenance or Engineering.
