About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Opportunity Identification: Actively engage with prospective partners, clients, and media contacts to naturally identify business needs, synergies, and PR opportunities on the spot.
- Relationship Management: Nurture contacts made in the field, converting casual event introductions into long-term professional relationships.

- Hybrid Workflow: Manage administrative PR tasks, media outreach, and event follow-up strategy seamlessly from home between event appearances.

What We Are Looking For

Bilingual Proficiency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (C1/C2 or Native fluency in English required). Outgoing, magnetic personality; a natural conversationalist who genuinely enjoys entering a room of strangers and walking out with valuable connections. Self-motivated, ability to manage a adaptable hybrid schedule, prioritize follow-ups, and stay organized without micro-management. Smart, quick-witted, and perceptive—able to read the room, ask the right questions, and spot commercial or promotional opportunities effortlessly.
