Responsibilities
- Regional Service Planning & Operations
- Develop and implement regional service strategies, plans and operational objectives;
- Coordinate the allocation of service engineers and other service resources to ensure efficient service delivery;
- Monitor service execution and operational quality, continuously optimize service processes, and improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Sales & Service Activity Support
- Support the Flight Team Leader or regional dealers in planning and implementing sales, marketing and customer service activities;
- Coordinate required resources and provide technical support throughout the activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Service Team Development & Training
- Build, develop and manage the local service team to establish a capable and sustainable service organization;
- Organize technical training and knowledge transfer to improve the effectiveness of technical capability development;
- Develop service engineers' repair, troubleshooting and technical service capabilities,



as well as their overall professional competence.
- Manage, supervise and evaluate regional service engineers;
- Assign and coordinate service engineers according to business requirements, customer needs and service priorities;
- Spare Parts Management & Network Development
- Establish and continuously improve regional spare parts management processes and service support mechanisms;
- Support the development of spare parts sales outlets and service networks according to regional market and customer requirements;
- Improve spare parts availability and overall service support capability.
- Service Documentation & Data Management
- Establish and maintain complete regional service records and documentation;
- Ensure service reports, maintenance records, customer feedback and technical documentation are properly recorded and maintained;
- Utilize service data to support service quality analysis and continuous improvement.
