- Manage the Team on best working practices. Coach the teams for operational success.
- Implement and manage Continues Improvement activities, minimizing costs where possible.
- Take a great leadership in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
- Ensuring workers and equipment meet performance and safety requirements.
- Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere. A self-starter, and able to positively motivate others.
- Responsible of the coordination of new business initiatives and projects.
- Develop, implement, and manage KPIs for each area of responsibility. Establishing short and mid-term plan strategies.
Experiência y requisitos




- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical, Business Administration, Manufacturing or similar.
- Eight years of minimum experience in Management as Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operation Manager. Proven track record of growth and success.
- Strong Communication and organizational skills.
- Qualifications on TS-16949, ISO-9000, and ISO-14000
- Verbal and written proficiency in English required.
- Experienced in Metal Stamping environment as a plus.
