Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.
What a typical day looks like:
Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.
Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.
Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).
Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and professionals.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
Experience managing multiple customers or accounts simultaneously in a manufacturing environment.
Strong financial acumen, including solid understanding of P&L;, cost control, budget tracking,



and project financial impact.
Direct customer-facing experience, with the ability to drive project discussions, present updates, negotiate priorities, and manage expectations.
Experience working with general and cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders across operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and customer teams
Knowledge of CAPEX projects, including investment planning, equipment/facility readiness, timelines, risk management, and execution follow-up.
Experience launching or setting up new operations, facilities, lines, or buildings from early planning through execution and stabilization.
Technical exposure to mechanical assembly processes.
Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to drive timelines, remove roadblocks, escalate risks, and ensure execution across multiple workstreams.
Advanced English communication skills required to interact with customers and global teams.
Nice to have Intermediate to advanced Chinese language proficiency
