Role Overview Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to manage the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities supporting operational requirements and supply chain objectives.
What You Will Do Execute procurement processes, including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management, to align with organizational objectives.
Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and securing favorable terms.
Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolving issues related to delays, shortages, or quality to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Prepare and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and procurement data to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP systems such as Oracle, Epicor, People Soft,



APEX or PRISM.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
Advanced proficiency in English.
We Prefer Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience analyzing supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and resolving delivery issues.
Experience with SAP (procurement functions, MRP, Business Warehouse, or Business Objects).
Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in procurement and supply chain processes.
Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions, with a focus on compliance.
