**Job overview**:
Schneider is seeking an HR Generalist in Mexico City to handle a wide variety of HR tasks. The HR Generalist will recruit and onboard new associates, coordinate in-office events, provide office-wide communication and lead engagement activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Accomplish STPS (Ministry of Labour and Social Security) requirements annually.
- Design and conduct new associate orientation.
- Coordinate HR initiatives, including yearly certifications and surveys.
- Communicate with associates through monthly newsletters, presentations and other avenues.
- Lead associate engagement activities and audits to monitor the organization's health.
**Skills and qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field.
- 4-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Able to analyze problems and evaluate data to make well-informed decisions.
- Can adapt to changing conditions and overcome unexpected obstacles.
- Able to identify gaps and develop plans to address them.
