**Role Summary**
- Carry out corrective and predictive maintenance activities of a technical nature to keep the operation of Gestamp's machinery and equipment in optimal conditions, as well as analyze and solve problems
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out the check list at the beginning of the shift
- They must complete their assigned activities during the shift, otherwise availability to complete them.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Technical support to other areas and/or processes.
- Meet department goals (DT, MTTR, MTBF)
- Intervene in the resolution of breakdowns that occur in existing production lines at Gestamp, (corrective maintenance).
- Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance.
- It will contribute its experience and knowledge in repetitive breakdowns and/or improvements in the lines.
- Will participate together with production in the start-up of the new manufacturing series.
- Make daily logs of the most relevant aspects during the shift.
- Support the training of operators.
- Support the training of new staff, explaining the operation, maintenance, and main failures of the equipment.
- Work with the development of the continuous improvement program for the optimization of processes.
- Report any anomaly found under the maintenance and interventions carried out.
**Knowledge and Education**
- Mechanical,



electromechanical, or related technician.
**Work Experience**
- 2 years in a similar position
- 2 years in the automotive industry (desirable)
**Additional information**
- Availability to travel when the company indicates it
