**The Profile We’re Looking For**
We want team members who take personal accountability for their results and bring a competitive, "can-do" spirit to every call.
- **Sales Background**: 3+ years of sales experience,
ideally within the travel industry or high-energy outbound call centers.
- **Bilingual Excellence**: High-level fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for communicating with our diverse membership.
