Plata Card is building a Cards Portfolio team from scratch in Mexico City. You will own a product, propose ideas, run experiments, and see results in real customers’ hands.
You’ll design and monitor performance metrics for debit and credit card products and build dashboards for clear decision-making. You’ll analyze conversion, customer behavior, and in-app actions to identify growth opportunities, run A/B tests, and iterate features with measurable business impact.
