We currently have an opening for a customer service agent making outbound calls and answering inbound calls on behalf of a large auto dealership group in the US. The goals of these calls are to schedule maintenance appointments for the customer’s automobile.

Our client offers customer service for auto dealerships across the United States. We have been working with them for over 5 years. We are searching for applicants with **long term aspirations** only.
About the job:
The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to customers and answer inbound calls from customers who may be due for vehicle maintenance services and have not visited our dealership recently. It is important to note that this role is focused on customer service and engagement rather than sales. The main focus will be to re-engage customers, assisting them in scheduling routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, part recalls, etc.
**Main Tasks**:
- Schedule service appointments and manage follow-up calls.




- Answer questions about dealership services, promotions, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership’s system.
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:
- Inbound and Outbound Calling experience
- Reliable home office
- Work from home experience
Preferred but not required:
- Familiarity with automotive terminology and services
**Required Equipment**:
- Hardwired Internet
- A laptop or desktop with sufficient RAM, processor (at least i5 8th Gen and 8GB RAM), and a **wired internet connection**

Pay: $115.00 - $123.00 per hour
