Reporting to the Export/Import Supervisor, responsible for carrying out all transactions related to import and export of all goods.

Import Related Activities
Contacting the vendors and suppliers abroad for import orders
Searching and selecting transporters
Registrations with the bonded warehouse
Document entries to the systems
Organization of the import related payments
Initiation and follow-up of all customs related activities
Filings according to the cost estimations
All activities related to letter of credits
Export & Transit Related Activities
Communicating with customers abroad
Searching and selecting transporters
Organization of transportation fee payments
Initiation and follow-up of all customs related activities
Filings according to the cost estimations
All activities related to letter of credits
Qualifications
Required/ Minimum Qualifications
University Degree – Management or Engineering school preferably
Additional / Preferred Qualifications
Fluent English
Other languages are a plus
Well organized and able to work under pressure
Drive and self motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required
Available to travel within the assigned territory
