WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join the BCN Mexico Recruiting team, supporting campus and lateral hiring for our Expert Client Delivery, Business Services, and Business Function teams.

You’ll work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage qualified candidates across a range of roles. Your primary focus will be building strong talent pipelines and coordinating recruiting activities that support the continued growth of BCN Mexico.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Use online sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards,



and social media to identify and attract candidates for campus and lateral roles
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, qualifications, motivation, and role fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support targeted recruiting approaches for each role
- Build and maintain relationships with universities in Mexico, including career services teams, faculty members, and student organizations
- Support campus recruiting events, including information sessions, workshops, job fairs, panel discussions, and employer-branding activities
- Represent Bain and BCN Mexico with candidates, students, universities, and the wider talent community
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, pipeline information, and interview notes in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, helping provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
