As a Product Designer, Employee Experience & Conversational AI , you will design and improve digital experiences across ServiceNow and Moveworks platforms. You will focus on simplifying how employees access support, knowledge, and services through modern portal experiences and AI-powered conversational journeys. This role combines UX design, service design,



and cross-functional collaboration to deliver experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
- Design employee-facing experiences across enterprise portals, knowledge, service request, and conversational AI channels
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, flows, and design specifications to support product and platform delivery
- Partner with product, engineering, platform, and business teams to improve self-service adoption, search success, and employee satisfaction
- Ensure solutions are accessible, inclusive, privacy-aware, and aligned with enterprise design standards

What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
