**Back Office Representative Healthcare - Confie Tijuana**
**Overview**
As a Back Office Representative Healthcare, you will support a leading insurance field marketing organization that works with independent agents and financial advisors focused on senior clients. The company provides access to top insurance carriers, proprietary quoting tools, and operational support, enabling agents to offer Medicare, life insurance, and annuity products efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Process and review agent contracting workflows, including **data entry, contract validation, and system updates** to ensure accuracy and completion.
- Serve as a **liaison between agents and insurance carriers**, following up on incomplete or missing information to keep contracts moving through the pipeline.
- Manage contract lifecycle tasks such as **posting notes, sending follow-up communications, and resolving outstanding items** to return contracts to production.
- Identify and communicate **issues, trends, and process gaps** to leadership, while supporting team operations and assisting with additional processing tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience in a **call center** or **back office** support role
- **Strong English skills**(B2 level or higher),
- **Basic computer knowledge, and**:
- **Full-time availability.**:
- Valid **Mexican documents**.
