- **On-Site Commitment**: Fulfill the requirement of 5 hours of daily on-site attendance on the shop floor throughout the 8-week program.
- **Process Diagnosis**: Perform a detailed diagnosis of the assigned area through physical process mapping and on-site data collection.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate actively and respectfully with operators, supervisors, and engineering staff to understand the root causes of operational issues.
- **Solution Design & Implementation**: Design, propose, and implement a continuous improvement solution that is viable, innovative, and sustainable over time.
- **Impact Measurement**: Monitor, measure, and document post-implementation results to validate the project's effectiveness.
- **Executive Presentation**: Design and deliver an executive presentation in English showcasing the project results to the plant's leadership committee at the end of the challenge.
- **Education**: Active undergraduate student currently enrolled in the 8th or 9th semester of the following Engineering programs:
- Mechatronics
- Logistics and Supply Chain
- Mechanical
- IT / Systems
- Industrial
- Manufacturing / Production Systems
- **Academic Performance**: Cumulative GPA of 8.5 or higher.
- **Availability**:



Ability to commit to the 8-week program duration with a schedule of 5 hours per day on-site at the plant.
- **Languages**: English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- **Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills)**:
- Solid understanding and foundation in Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Proven data analysis skills.
