Due to continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Analyst** to join our Human Resources team.
**- Location**: Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City
**Work Modality**: On-site
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent for banking and financial positions. If you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**- Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment & Selection.- Experience recruiting banking, financial, or corporate profiles.-
- Competency-based interviewing skills.- Experience using job boards and social media recruitment tools.- Intermediate to Advanced conversational English.
**- Key Responsibilities**:




- Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments.- Publish and manage job postings on different recruitment platforms.- Support talent attraction initiatives and employer branding activities.
