**- What will you do?**
- Ensure that appropriate materials, consumables,
and equipment are used for each welding process (as defined by engineering drawings)
- Review and verify welding station parameters and ensure compliance with the project’s technical specifications (WPS)
- Measure OEE in operational processes (efficiency, availability, and quality)
- Validate compliance with quality standards and ensure proper documentation of first article/sample validations
- Manage and oversee autonomous and preventive maintenance of machinery in coordination with support teams
- Supervise compliance with EHS regulations in all work areas (PPE, LOTO, etc.)
- Manage and allocate production loads across process stations/machines
**- What will you need to succeed?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor (Fabrication/Welding)
- Strong knowledge of welding processes (MAG, SPOT Welding)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Knowledge of 6S methodology
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Intermediate level of English
- Experience in shop floor management
- Knowledge of SMED
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- SAP knowledge (modules PP, MM) is a plus
