- **Ensure compliance** with US tax laws and provide technical guidance to the team.
- **Manage workflow** effectively during the busy tax season.
**Ideal Profile**:
- **3-5 years of solid experience** in US taxation.




- Proficiency in tax software such as **Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, or ProSeries**.
- Proven **leadership and team management skills**.
