Role Summary
As a Master Data Specialist – Supply Chain, you will support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) by ensuring accurate, complete,



and reliable master data for distribution and warehousing operations across LATAM. This role partners closely with global and regional teams to enable a smooth data migration and long‑term data governance.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain master data for the SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) implementation
- Lead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities across LATAM
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Inventory) to integrate data sources
- Ensure alignment of current processes with S/4HANA requirements
- Act as the key liaison between implementation partners and business teams
- Establish and support post‑go‑live data governance processes
- Track and report data migration progress, risks, and readines
