Autoliv is seeking a seasoned VCM Manager for Steering Wheels to drive end-to-end cost optimization across product lines such as Airbag, Seatbelt, or Steering Wheel. You will own cost modeling, develop integral should-cost frameworks, and support cross-functional teams in cost-competitive decisions.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cost/Value engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English; automotive experience is preferred.
