We are seeking a strong and forward-thinking FP&A; Manager to lead financial operations and act as a key business partner in driving strategic decision-making within the organization.
This role goes beyond traditional finance responsibilities, it requires a leader who can combine solid financial expertise with strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders .

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
Support financial planning and contribute to medium- and long-term business strategy
Ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive performance and business outcomes
Performance Steering
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

Adecuado Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, holding a Master’s/ MBA degree is a plus




Relevant experience in controlling or finance roles
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Proven track record in business partnering , working closely with senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to lead, challenge, and influence decisions in a constructive way
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and ownership
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
Fluency in both English and Spanish
