Role Summary
Build and operate scalable DevOps capabilities that enable faster, safer, and more reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage containerized deployments and operations on Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure and environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Embed DevSecOps controls into build and release workflows.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational resilience.
AI Skills for This Role
- Use AI assistance for root-cause analysis across logs, metrics, and incidents.
- Use AI to draft pipeline definitions, IaC modules, and operational runbooks.
- Validate AI-generated automation for reliability and security before rollout.
- Apply governance controls for secure AI usage in platform operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
- English proficiency: professional working level or above (B2/C1 preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting/automation and IaC tooling.
- Strong incident response and postmortem practice.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking or regulated environments.
- Secrets management, security hardening, and compliance-aware operations.
- Exposure to service mesh and modern observability stacks.
Work model: Hybrid - 3 days on-site at Client's Office in Tecnoparque - CDMX or in Toluca.
