We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and drive the overall performance of a high-volume manufacturing operation.

The idóneo candidate will be a strong operational leader with proven experience in manufacturing, focused on productivity, capacity optimization, quality, cost control, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.

Experience in Screen Printing, Apparel or Textile Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive overall plant operational performance.
- Ensure achievement of production, quality, efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery targets.
- Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, including output, efficiency, labor and machine utilization, downtime, quality, waste, and productivity.
- Evaluate production capacity and optimize the utilization of labor, equipment, and resources.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, downtime, and workflow constraints affecting production performance.
- Ensure effective production planning and execution based on capacity, customer priorities, and delivery requirements.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement.
- Ensure effective coordination between Production and supporting functions to maintain operational continuity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, company policies, and customer expectations.
- Develop and strengthen plant leadership teams, promoting accountability and a results-driven culture.
- Support workforce planning, operational budgets, resource requirements, and capital investment needs.
- Lead the resolution of significant operational issues and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and operations, including management-level responsibility.
