Experience in Materials, Finance or Costing.

Advanced Excel, English 85% written and spoken, Materials' procedures, Oracle, MS Office

Responsabilidades / Actividades : (Responsibilities / Activities)
- Collect all necessary data from various sources, conduct validation / cleaning-up / re-format and consolidate into working files
- Follow instructions of Account Manager to meet deadlines for each deliverable
- Perform a weekly validation of the Open Order file for the customers assigned to his team in order to make sure POs have been placed at Best available price. If not, contact the buyers to ask them to update Pos accordingly
