About the Position:

We are looking for an EHS Manager to join the EHS team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

This position is based at our office in Toluca.

Your Responsibilities will be:

Lead and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with local regulations,



corporate standards, and customer requirements.

Drive a proactive safety culture through risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and employee awareness initiatives.

Manage environmental compliance, waste management, emergency preparedness, and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems to support operational excellence.

What Qualifications you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.

5+ years of experience leading EHS functions within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
