The Maintenance Planner is responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of Brown-Forman's equipment, processes, and services. This is achieved through the efficient planning and scheduling of all maintenance types (preventive, corrective, and predictive).
What You Can Expect
- Maintenance Planning System Management:
- Lead the development and updating of maintenance plans in eMaint, ensuring 100% asset coverage.
- Design and implement a three-level communication system for maintenance plans (technical, supervisory, and managerial).
- Balance the technical team's workload and collaborate on critical task completion, including adherence to HACCP procedures.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure the strict application of all Safety and Environmental procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate external maintenance activities.
- Performance and Improvement:
- Generate and monitor key Maintenance Planning indicators (Reliability, Availability, Backlog, MTTR, etc.).
- Lead the analysis of results to define and execute effective improvement plans.
- Inventory and Logistics:
- Ensure the accuracy and updating of the spare parts inventory.
- Define kitting and logistics strategies in coordination with the Warehouse team.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and monitor the maintenance budget.
