The role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of a company's operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The role works closely with department heads, executives, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve productivity, and achieve strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Strategically drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes, which may include import/export operations,
typically for large and complex global business units.
- Independently executes complex demand and supply matching activities at the highest level, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact.
- Leads cross-functional integral business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance the current business processes.
- Defines, measures, and leverages KPIs to drive continuous improvement in business operations, and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.
- Contributes to priority projects by adding creative insights and developing recommendations.
- Communicates requirements and guidelines to the global business unit planning teams.
- Works with managers to ensure alignment with global goals and objectives, and develops and coordinates efforts for reporting and tracking.
- Facilitates and manages internal team and leadership meetings to drive business operation plans.
