YOUR TASKS

- Analyze customer, system, and software requirements for Radar applications.
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain embedded software for ADAS Radar products.
- Collaborate with Systems, Testing, Hardware, and Algorithm teams to achieve project goals.
- Perform software design, implementation, integration, and testing activities following Automotive SPICE processes.
- Develop and maintain software components supporting Radar signal processing, object detection, tracking, and sensor interfaces
- Support Radar performance analysis, debugging, and optimization in vehicle environment.
- Collaborate with RSP teams to integrate and validate Radar perception features.
- Conduct software design reviews, static code analysis (QAC or equivalent) and lead technical decision-making for software architecture.
- Support customer technical discussions, reviews, issue investigations, and software delivery activities
- Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessment activities through change management.
- Participate in technical discussions with integral engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.

Your Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (M.Sc prefered).
- Strong experience in embedded automotive software development.




- Proficiency in Embedded C and MISRA-compliant software development.
- Experience with multicore microcontrollers, microcontroller-based systems and embedded debugging.
- Experience with software integration, testing, and configuration management.
- Experience in ADAS and automotive Radar product development.
- Understanding of Radar software architecture and embedded product integration.
- Working knowledge of Radar signal processing chains, object detection and tracking algorithms, perception systems, and sensor fusion concepts used in ADAS applications.
- Experience with software development lifecycle in automotive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in global teams.
- Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Automotive SPICE and V-Model development.
- Experience with AUTOSAR-based software development.
- Experience with static analysis tools (QAC or similar).
- Experience with configuration and requirements management tools (PTC Integrity, DOORS, Git, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN FD, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with functional safety concepts (ISO 26262).
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing environments.

Domain Expertise (Strong Plus)

- Automotive Radar systems.
- ADAS perception functions and algorithms.
- Sensor fusion concepts.
- Radar signal processing fundamentals.
- Embedded software architecture for perception products.
- Customer-facing automotive product development.
- End-to-end software lifecycle within ASPICE environments.
