Confidential, based in Reciente León, seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across our Mexico operations. You will develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and HR administration, fostering a high-performing, compliant, and
