Mondelēz International is seeking a maintenance leader to drive planning, development and execution of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment. You will manage cross-functional teams and ensure process stability for reliable line performance.
You will own PM systems, centerline settings and KPIs for the lines, coach technicians and collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams to implement improvements and cost reductions across the facility.
