Sperton Global AS, a general recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, is partnering with a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider in Mexico to hire an Senior Sales Representative based in Mexico City.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing "Senior Sales Representative" for one of our client's who are a leading Mexican Logistics Operator, to drive business growth within the electronics and high-value premium products sector. This role focuses on the end-to-end sales cycle, from aggressive lead generation to closing complex 4PL logistics contracts.

The primary focus will be implementing a high-value sales methodology (BANT), active prospecting, and the presentation and follow-up of personalized logistics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identification & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential prospects that fits the company's ideal customer profile.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed an annual sales target of MXN $10-15 million.
- Business Development:



Proactively generate new business via multi-channel prospecting (minimum 30 effective calls and 2 in-person meetings per week).
- CRM Management: Keep the CRM updated with accurate and detailed information on prospects and clients.
- Strategic Selling: Utilize BANT methodology to qualify prospects and collaborate with internal operations, finance, and IT teams to design customized, value-driven logistics solutions.
- Sales & Negotiation: Conduct weekly visits to prospects and present the company and it's logistics solutions.
- Follow-up & Closing: Continuously follow-up on commercial proposals to ensure sales closure.

Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in 4PL contract logistics sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the electronics or premium products industry.
- Methodology: Knowledge of high value sales methodology and BANT.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, including cold prospecting, C-level present
