Job Title: L1 Search Evaluator
Location: Masaryk, Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico (Onsite)
Job Type: FTE
Shift: 11 am - 8 pm (8 hours + 30 minute)
Role Overview: L1 Search Evaluators are the frontline specialists responsible for assessing search quality and investigating user feedback to improve Client’s algorithms and search products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Quality Assessment: Review and categorize "bad cases" to help search products and algorithms improve.
- User Feedback Investigation: Analyze user search requirements through data and direct feedback.
- Optimization & Risk: Provide suggestions for search result improvements and identify potential trust and safety risks.
