We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and drive the overall performance of a high-volume manufacturing operation.

The adecuado candidate will be a strong operational leader with proven experience in manufacturing, focused on productivity, capacity optimization, quality, cost control, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.

Experience in Screen Printing, Apparel or Textile Manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive overall plant operational performance.

Ensure achievement of production, quality, efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery targets.

Monitor and analyze key operational KPIs, including output, efficiency, labor and machine utilization, downtime, quality, waste, and productivity.

Evaluate production capacity and optimize the utilization of labor, equipment, and resources.

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, downtime, and workflow constraints affecting production performance.

Ensure effective production planning and execution based on capacity, customer priorities, and delivery requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement.

Ensure effective coordination between Production and supporting functions to maintain operational continuity.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements,



company policies, and customer expectations.

Develop and strengthen plant leadership teams, promoting accountability and a results-driven culture.

Support workforce planning, operational budgets, resource requirements, and capital investment needs.

Lead the resolution of significant operational issues and ensure effective corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing and operations, including management-level responsibility.

Proven experience leading high-volume manufacturing operations and large production teams.

Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity management, labor and machine utilization, KPIs, quality, and cost control.

Demonstrated experience improving throughput, productivity, downtime, bottlenecks, and manufacturing efficiency.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.

Experience with SOPs, standard work, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

ERP and manufacturing systems experience preferred.

Advanced English required.

Availability to work on‑site in Ensenada, B.C.
