About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic, sharp, and highly articulate Public Relations Executive to serve as the face and voice of our brand. This is a flexible, hybrid position that balances working from home with active, on-the-ground presence at key industry mixers, corporate conferences, product launches, and high-level cocktail events.

Key Responsibilities

Event Representation: Attend industry conferences, networking mixers, VIP gatherings, and corporate events to build strong brand presence and expand our strategic network.

Opportunity Identification: Actively engage with prospective partners, clients, and media contacts to naturally identify business needs, synergies, and PR opportunities on the spot.

Relationship Management: Nurture contacts made in the field, converting casual event introductions into long-term professional relationships.

Brand Messaging: Confidently articulate our mission, value proposition, and offerings in diverse settings with warmth, authenticity,



and professionalism.

Hybrid Workflow: Manage administrative PR tasks, media outreach, and event follow-up strategy seamlessly from home between event appearances.

What We Are Looking For
Bilingual Proficiency , exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (C1/C2 or Native fluency in English required). Outgoing, magnetic personality; a natural conversationalist who genuinely enjoys entering a room of strangers and walking out with valuable connections. Self-motivated, ability to manage a flexible hybrid schedule, prioritize follow-ups, and stay organized without micro-management. Smart, quick-witted, and perceptive— able to read the room, ask the right questions, and spot commercial or promotional opportunities effortlessly.

Highly polished presentation and demeanor, perfectly suited for high-level networking, executive mixers, and media interactions.

Hybrid (Remote Base + Active San Diego/Tijuana Event Attendance).
