Accountabilities




Design and implement cutting-edge protocols and core runtime functionality that support a decentralized blockchain ecosystem.
Build and maintain foundational protocol components used by the network and by teams developing applications on top of it.
Develop tooling, abstractions, and infrastructure that make it easier for developers to build reliable and innovative decentralized applications.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into effective solutions.
Contribute to open-source development practices, including participating in peer reviews as both a reviewer and reviewee.
Take ownership of technical initiatives, work autonomously, and remain accountable for project outcomes.
Analyze complex systems and contribute to architectural and system design decisions.
Communicate technical concepts and project outcomes clearly to both technical and broader audiences, including through written content and presentations.
