Role Description Mustard is looking for a full-time remote Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.
You'll manage the sales process from lead qualification through close, including conducting product demos, responding to prospects, managing your pipeline, and consistently following up. You'll also maintain accurate CRM records, track performance against targets, and collaborate with the team to improve our sales process.
We're looking for someone proactive, organized, comfortable working independently, and confident representing Mustard in a professional and consultative way.
Qualifications
- Fluent, bilingual spoken and written English is essential
- Proven sales experience, including prospecting, demos, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working toward revenue targets
- Comfortable using CRM and standard productivity tools
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
- B2B or SaaS sales experience is a plus
